The company highlighted its plans for U.S. manufacturing of utility-scale, C&I, and residential modules, as well as its full solar solution with tracker and storage products for conference attendees.

For Trina Solar, the conference was an opportunity to unveil details about its U.S. manufacturing facility, scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. Trina’s new state-of-the-art 5GW photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing facility in Wilmer, Texas, will create 1,500 local jobs in the Dallas-Fort-Worth (DFW) metroplex. On top of that, the facility’s annual module output capacity will be equivalent to powering 500,000 homes with renewable solar energy.
