London Road Solar Site

Located in the heart of Northamptonshire, the London Road Solar Site is a pivotal renewable energy initiative with a total capacity of 28.4 MWp, featuring 48,600 of Trinasolar's Vertex N bifacial modules. This installation produces 33,300 MWh annually, reducing CO₂ emissions by around 6,900 tonnes each year and providing a sustainable energy solution for the UK.

Supplying 75% of the energy required to power Britvic’s soft drinks production, the solar site enables the popular beverage producer to significantly lower its carbon footprint while meeting sustainability goals. The site exemplifies how large-scale solar installations can drive industrial energy needs, reduce environmental impact, and promote local renewable energy efforts.

By integrating Trinasolar’s high-efficiency bifacial modules, the London Road Solar Site ensures maximum output and reliability. The Vertex N panels deliver substantial power even in low-light conditions, optimising energy yield and supporting Britvic's commitment to environmentally responsible production.
